Information for Temporary and Permanent Residency

Temporary Resident Permit

Other than visitors permit, you may enter Canada as a Foreign Worker or as a Student.

Employment Authorization:

Foreign Worker. Securing employment for those applicants that there is a high demand for their occupations under Foreign Worker Program.

There are shortages of skilled workers in some industries in Canada. You may enter and work in Canada with your family on a fast track basis and proceed with your application for Permanent Residency within Canada.

Student Authorization:

Student Permit. For Student Permit, those who would like to study in Canada we can help them through the entire process in order to secure student authorization.

Permanent Resident Permit

Skilled Worker Class Immigration 

Generally, if you are relatively young, fluent in English or French, have a University Degree with a minimum one year experience in an occupation that is listed in National Occupation Classification, you may qualify under this category. There are many other factors that may affect your eligibility. Please complete the Assessment Form for evaluation of your qualification.

Business Class Immigration

If you have Business experience, you may invest in or start a business in Canada and become economically established. There are three main subclasses of Business Class Immigration:

Investors
as an Investor, you must demonstrate a minimum net worth of $800,000 Canadian and willing to invest $400,000. (You may also use financing option which requires only $120,000 Canadian cash payment). In addition to Federal Program, we also offer Quebec and Nova Scotia Investment Programs. Due to complexity of this category we require complete information regarding your business and financial situation. All information are regarded strictly confidential. Entrepreneurs
As an Entrepreneur, you must demonstrate a minimum net worth of $300,000 Canadian and willing to start a business in Canada under certain terms and conditions. Please complete the Assessment Form for evaluation of your qualification. 


Self-Employed Persons
As a Self-Employed Person, you have to demonstrate the ability of creating your own employment by contributing to the cultural or athletic life in Canada. You may also purchase and manage a farm. Please complete the Assessment Form for evaluation of your qualification.
